Welcome!

I believe we always have what we need inside of us, but sometimes we need help to access it. With years of experience and training, I am dedicated to helping you find healing and growth. I believe in the power of human connection to help promote healing. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your emotions and access hope.

I specialize in treating individuals who have experienced trauma or overwhelming life events. I believe in using a variety of techniques to help my clients, as I understand everyone's therapy journey is different. Based in the principles of Interpersonal Neurobiology, I enjoy using sandtray, body-focused, and parts work to help individuals understand the inner workings of their minds and bodies.

I specialize in providing one-on-one therapy to older teenagers and adults. I love to work from an experiential model, using parts-based, somatic experiencing, and sandtray methods. These approaches work directly with the areas of the brain where implicit memories and traumas are held. These practices are especially effective for healing developmental, attachment, and shock trauma, helping change occur not just cognitively, but at a nervous-system level.

From this framework we cultivate a safer, more compassionate relationship with your inner world. This approach supports you in reconnecting with your body, accessing your innate wisdom, and moving toward greater regulation, resilience, and wholeness—at a pace that honors your system.

"When you can't find the light that guides you through a cloudy day. When the stars ain't shining bright, you feel like you've lost your way. When the candle light of home burns so very far away, Well you got to let your soul shine, just like my daddy used to say"
